Upgrade to business - more text fields in checkout?

Hello

My company's looking at upgrading from Catalog v7 to Business v8.

Would we be able to have more text input fields in our checkout page if we did so? (We've already used the three available in Catalog.)

I haven't been able to find anything about it in the Advance user guide or on the Actinic website.

Afraid I have not heard of this being possible with extra input prompts during the checkout phase, only extra inputs at the product side, sorry.
