sekf emptying cart

Hello , when trying to place an order for more than one item the cart empty's itself as soon as you click on the second item. For example on our site www.sovietsub.co.uk people place an order for a hat then go to select a badge for it and the cart empties ?????

Any suggesions pleeeeeease

network settings are not correct, ie losing the reference to where the cgi-binis or you are missing BASEHREF

try a forum search on variations of "empty basket" as I know this error has been seen before

Hello Mike, after reading some previous posts I turned off my Zone Alarm and now it works fine , do you know if there is a patch that fixes the fault ?

What version of Zone Alarm are you on? There was a new version issued today (6.5.737.000).
