v6 doesn't check stock quantity?

Using V6 actinic business.

If there is only 1 item in stock of a particular item, how come it is still possible for the customer to order more than 1 of that item? Seems stupid to me! Is there something I can do to resolve this? Am I doing something wrong?

Unless a product is marked as being out of stock, customers will be able to order as many of them as they want. You could try setting the 'Max Quantity Orderable' field of the product to '1' for any products with limited stock. This might hepl workaround the problem.
