Can anyone help me with column widths?

I want to make the left hand column a little wider and the middle column a lot wider. I think I have a right hand column which is empty, so I could borrow the space from that.

If I change the ACTSWIDTH all I seem to do is create a big space on between the left and middle columns, evything shunts along rather than getting more space.

It doesn't look like there is a right hand column ... the outer table contains 2 cells for the left hand nav and the main content .... in the main content is another nested table with the width being declared by the ACSTDWIDTH.

If you edit the Act_Primary.html look for document.write(SectionList(section_tree) in the left hand column ... find the parent <td> (the one above the <table> used for the javascript for the section tree) and adjust the width there.
