    403 Forbidden after trying SSL

Hope someone can help. My client tried installing SSL (after using Actinic Encryption) but we found out that their hosters had not finished the SSL certification. So, we reverted back to non SSL and re-uploaded the site.

However, now we cannot download any orders (was working OK before). The error given is:

"Actinic received an request forbidden error from the web server. The server is not properly configured to allow Actinic to run CGI scripts from the cgi-bin. Run web , configure web site details.... to review your web site configuration."

    A button is then presented:
    "403 forbidden
    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / cgi-bin/nq000001.pl on this server
Additionally, 404 not found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

The network settings are correct (have used TEST button to confirm).

Any help would be grateful as we have tried everything.

    Thanks.

    Neil.

Try a 'Web | Refresh Website' to definitely remove any scripts that reference SSL that might still be on the store.
