Excess space - Need font change location

Hi!

I have some products that are laid out differently and am still getting excess space around them and they are not consistent with the others (font, etc.).

For example, the statement on the top of this page:

This "product" is set in Product Layout as "Product name and description only." while the others are "Actinic original product template."

I cannot use this particular product the same way as the others because it is simply a statement. The other options didn't have the look I wanted except for it.

How do I change its font?

Are you sure the excess space itsn't caused by a few extra return characters in the description in the product dialog box.

Open the product dialog box for the offending product . Click the cursor to the end an remove any invisible returns

Hi there,

In order to remove the space between the Product name and description in your statement product please try the following:

Double click on the statement product, under the general tab where it reads, product layout please click on the edit button and then remove the <br> tags within that product line template.

In order to change the font you can simply insert font tags around the variables that you want to change the font of, such as

<FONT FACE="ARIAL" SIZE="+1">NETQUOTEVAR:PRODUCTNAME</FONT>.
