    CVV2 not being stored

    Hey guys...

    On a website I'm dealing with at the moment, users can leave the CVV2 field blank and the order still goes though. When they enter the CVV2 the code is not stored on the shop's end.

    The requirement has always been initialised in business settings and so the problem is a little confusing...

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi John

    I've seen this issue before, where client have not selected "CVV2" for the card that they want the number to be saved. Please go to "View | Business Settings | Payment and Security", and click on "Configure Method". Here you will see a list of credit cards and debit cards. Please can you make sure "CVV2" is ticked for the cards you want the numbers to be stored in.
