Site Imports - Overwriting orders

Hi Chaps,

I have done a site export on a site today so I can take it away and work on it from home. I'm going back there early next week where I will import the snapshot I will take from my PC once i've finished doing the updates.

I have asked them not to update the site content until I do this but they are still retrieving orders. How do I make sure I don't overwrite the orders that come in between now and next week when I do the next site import?

When you import a site you have the option to import the orders as well .. if you dont tick the option to overwrite the orders the existing (new) orders will remain and your changes will simply sit over the top
