Missing perl scripts

A couple of times recently, when refreshing a site, I have found that only 8 out of 30 of the Perl scripts and modules have been uploaded:

ad module
ae module
al module
ao module
as module
ca script
nq script
os script

The rest, including the ss script are missing, resulting in no navigation :-(

Any thought why this may be?

Have fixed the problem with the Advanced | Generate Scripts then a manual upload and a CHMOD to 755 on all, but am still intrigued as to why it happens.

How strange. It might be worth trying a 'Web Site Purge and Refresh' from 'Help | Troubleshooting' and see if that forces Actinic to upload the pl files.
