Since changing hosts our 'Contact Us' page is not working.

Please advise: on upload, mf000001.pl is sent.

Mailform.pl and mailscript.pl in the site directory are not sent. Do they need to be in the cgi-bin directory? Or are they just used to create mf00001.pl?

The error message is "Error returned from SMTP server (4: : Sender address rejected: not owned by user sales@xxx.co.uk )"

Have checked the permissions, which are set to rwx - rx - rx.

This is the case MailForm.pl is the template that is used to generate the live script - mf000001.pl.

With regards to the error, have you tried a 'Test' in 'Web | Network Setup'? It could be that the settings for the site, including the mail server, are different on the new server than they were on the old one. It is also worth asking your new host whether they have any recommended settings for Actinic stores.
