Centering my site

I have a site where I have 3 columns of products in each section. I have fixed the width of these to 200 pixels. I now have a lot of whitespace around them and what I would like to do is have to brochure structure a fixed pixel width and cenrered in the browser which is aesthetically more pleasing and allows me to add a custom right hand column to the table for additional info. Which templates do I need to play with to do this....?
