smart theme - page too wide

hi,
i am using the smart theme and find the page is too wide for my logo.
just below my logo, there is : home, sitemap,t&c,search e.tc. is there a way to centre these links or move them so i can have a go at adjusting the width?

To centre you will need to find NETQUOTEVAR:FOOTERGUIDE in the Act_Primary.html and Act_BrochurePrimary.html templates (found in the root of the site1 folder) and wrap between <div align="center"> .... </div>
