    customers lost at checkout

Hi. I've had a couple of customers take the time to call me and tell me that they didn't feel comfortable that my check out was secure. I have the SSL, and it is secure but I get the following each time -

In explorer I get a pop up saying 'this page contains both no-secure and secure items. Do you want to view non secure items?' (Or something similar.)

In firefox, the golden padlock has a red line through it.

Question. Would any of you be kind enough to help me figure out what on my check out pages is not secure? Then I can remove them, as I think its costing me sales.

    My site address is www.merlinarcherycentre.co.uk

    Thanks very much

Try removing the Google tracking code from the page to see if it's related to downloading the js (http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js) from an insecure server.

I think same as Duncan. Try removing the urchin code!

OR replace it with the https link G offer as an alternative for secure sites.
