Actinic stopped retrieving orders, uploading works

Retrieving orders worked for 2 years, but suddenly stopped. Uploading works without any problems.

I get the message:
"Unable to connect to the FTP Server ..."
in Network Settings when testing the network setup.

It's really strange that uploading works. Even if there is no internet connection, Actinic will show this message. So it seems like my Actinic lost its capability to check if there is an internet connection or not. It won't even try to download.

I was thinking to do a "Refresh Website", not sure if this will help. Passive FTP settings tested, won't help.

When you are sure you have an internet connection, go to Network settings and run a Test.

Thanks, problem solved, it was a small spyware which affected Actinics functions! F-Secure killed it
