Checkout section gone wrong

After selecting the shipping destination (requested early) and clicking proceed in the Checkout phase I am getting the error message below. I cann't remember what I've change recently - so can anyone point me towards which template I've messed up or tell me what I might have done?

Are you having this error on the live firesonline site or a testing version you have somewhere

I have got all the way through to the secpay site with no probs at all

Hello

The Request Location Information early option seems to have been disabled on this site, is that so? If you go to Help | Troubleshooting, and click on Compare Templates, it will give you a list of all modified templates. Perhaps that would be a good place to start to recall where the last change was made..
