Exporting Snapshot

I'm currently unable to Export a Snapshot using Developer v7.0.6.

I've tried exporting the Snapshot:
1) whilst on a product as opposed to a fragment or section.
2) with Compact HTML/CGI unticked in Design¦Options¦Misc.
3) to different folders on the pc.
4) after Compacting the Catalog in Housekeeping¦Compact databases.

The error message that I get is

"Catalog.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows.
You will need to restart the program.

An error log is being created"

Any Ideas?

Here's the error log:

I've since changed the settings to allow cookies but still get the same error.

I'm on 7.0.3 and i used to get that error message.

I've tried exporting the Snapshot:
1) whilst on a product as opposed to a fragment or section.

Have you tried doing a snapshot while on the catalog homepage (in the tree)
ie. not on a product or fragment.
doesnt make sense but that worked for me.
