Solo cards

Hi

A customer of ours would like to block payments by solo cards as the system they are using to process payments once the order has been received will not process them.

Is there a simple way of blocking them? They are using v5 by the way.

Hi Martin,

I'm afraid I can't see a way doing this in Actinic. Actinic only setup the cards you use in "View | Business Settings | Payment and Security". There is no way you can block a card within the system.

In v5, go to 'View | Business Settings | Payment and Security', under 'Payment Method' click on where it says 'Credit Card ...' then on the 'Configure Method' button on the right. You should now see a list of 'Credit Cards Accepted', right click on the line that has 'Solo' and delete the row. This payment option will no longer appear / be offered. Save and then update the site.
