Euro exchange rates

We have our products set up to show price in pounds and then in euro... but having just taken over the role and not properly trained it has come to light that by using current exchange rates the older products are out of date and customers have found a loop hole where they are paying less for our products.
Is there a way of being able to change the rate of the euro in one go rather than having to go into each product and changing it there?

if you use Actinic dual currency feature you input an exchange rate, then when the rate changes you update the rate within the software and re upload.
