Checkout error

After selecting the shipping destination (requested early) and clicking proceed in the Checkout phase I am getting the error message below. I cann't remember what I've change recently - so can anyone point me towards which template I've messed up or tell me what I might have done? The site address is www.stovestation.co.uk/acatalog
