centralizing the banner on the checkout page

Can anyone tell me what the checkout page is called? I know act_primary is for the brochure and act_brochureprimary is for the home page.

Sometimes, even usually, but not always - best to check. Go to Design | Options, Layouts tab, and click the edit button on the Checkout Pages Layout line.
