    Customer Accounts

    We are a fundraising website who offer 20% discount for registred accounts and occasionally customers forget to login so miss out donating their 20%.

    If a customer has placed and paid for an order (order completed) but forgotten to log in to their registered account, can the administrator redirect their order to their registered account ??

    Unfortunately, this is not possible in v7. All you can do is maybe use the 'adjustment' feature in the 'Line Items' tab to subtract the required amount from the order.

        Not really.

        You can assign an order to a customer account, but it won't then suddenly apply the relevant customer group discounts (as it assumes the customer has already paid for the order). You still need to apply the discount manually.
