How do you display the Section Name in H1 tag

Does anybody happen to know if and how I can display the Name of my section in an H1 tag at the top of my subsections?

I think you can create a title-only fragment (titles are drawn as H1) and position it at the top of the sub-sections. To get the positioning right you'll need to check out this thread:
