    Refreshing Website Problems

    Help!
When I do a total refresh I have a message which reads
An error occurred while writing to "acatalog" on the web site. The problem is probably due to permissions problems, but could be due to low disk space. Actinic can not work with these settings. Press Cancel if you would like to manually examine the permissions and disk space on the web site. Press Retry if you would like Actinic to attempt to change the permissions on the directory for you.

I have loads of space left and the items which stall the upload have been used for over 9 months.

It will still refresh but it says using FTP protocol.
Will this show errors on the site?

Have you connected to the server via FTP and checked the permissions on the folder? This error sometimes happens out of the blue if the hosts decided to change / upgrade the server the site sits on and things don't transfer that smoothly - transfers are often transparent and they tend not to give prior notice so it is well worth checking the read/write permissions on the folder (and the cgi-bin whilst you are there)
