no terms and conditions

im having some problems with my terms and conditions, for some reason when i click on the terms and conditions link it directs back to my home page. any help on this matter would be much appriciated.

Go to 'Design | Options | Miscellaneous' and set the 'Information Link' to go to a 'Separate Catalog Page'. That should fix it.
