C Card to Sage

Hi,
I am using version 7 with line 50 fc version 12, the problem is this.
When I export orders the order goes through ok, however I have send card details selected in the link prifile but when I go into sage and look at the order, the card details are incomplete.
i.e. it is sending the ccv number with expiry etc but the actual credit card number is not there, this will be a pain as I am having to go back into actinic to get card details to process.
Any help would be greatly received.

In the help it says that the credit card details are transferred to the 'Notes' field. Have you scrolled all the way to the end of this field? Sometimes they are not there when you first see them, but they are if you scroll along.
