Alt Tags

We have been asked to change/alter the text on alt tags of some images on a page of our website. ie: http://www.paragon-matrix.com/acatalog/epson-ciss.html

However, the images outlined are also used on all other pages of the site ie our logo image, browse category image etc etc. On these other pages, they have standard/different alt text added by actinic.

We have tried to alter the alt tag on the precise page by adding different text to the alt tag on the site html page within the actinic software on our system but this does not seem to work.

Any ideas how can could do this for the particular page without the alt text being overwritten when an update is done?

Have you tried removing the automated ALT tag wording from the specific templates and replacing the NETQUOTEVAR with a CUSTOMVAR so this can then be specified on both a global level (design | options) or on a section by section (page by page) basis as required to overide the global values
