    Snapshot error

    Every time I try to import a snapshot it starts for about 2 minutes and then crashes. It was ok on another computer, but I need it to run from my personal PC.

    The message I get is:



    Catalog - Internet Sales Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience.

    If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.



    We have created an error report you can send to us.

    To see what data this error report contains click here:



    Reporting details

    This error report includes: information regarding the condition of Catalog - Internet Sales Application when the problem occurred; the operating system and computer hardware in use; your digital product ID, which could be used to identify your license; and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer.



    That's all I get. Does anyone have a clue what has happened?

    Have you taken a look at the actual error report? There could be further information in there pointing to a cause / solution
