Missing orders

I have just sent a snapshot from one machine to another.
The one machine is where I do all the layout and design and the ohter is purely for downloading orders BUT, having done this, all my previous orders have vanished.
I did not select 'Overwrite orders in target installation'.

Is there anyway of getting these orders back? Anyone... Help?

Did you get any error message about different numbers of fields when you imported the snapshot, if you have different order detail tables, and don't select overwrite, Actinic does sometimes remove the contents of the orderdetail table. If this is the case and you have a backup, you can copy the order detail table over from your backup into your current database and your orders will reappear.

Failing that importing an earlier snapshot for your download machine is the only way to get them back.
