SSL Error - General Script Error

    Hi

I've been using shared SSL without any problems. However, I have just added a bunch of new products and get the following when I click 'next' to use the shared SSL:

    A General Script Error Occurred

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error: There is no valid input parameters for the script! Check the referencing HTML code!
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner

Even on the products which used to work fine. Please Help! Supposed to have a 'Grand Launch' on Friday **Gulp!**

    Cheers,
    Harry

first thing to do is compact the database

and then do a complete site refresh

    then test again

      Thanks for the advice.

By compacting the database I assume you mean directly within Access?

      Thanks for the help,

OK, tried that, still getting the same error.

          Any other ideas?

            Check the referencing HTML code
I am assuming that you are using Actinic SSL - the error looks like it refers to the process at the Actinic SSL end. I would call them as per the set-up instructions for the SSL.

A very nice person at Actinic pointed me in the direction of my Act_SharedSSLBouncePage.html file which was causing the error.

Something I had done to the file was causing it - all I need to do now is find out what!

                Thanks everyone,
                Harry
