Problem with layout

I am designing a new site. I have imported a snapshot from an existing site. I have set it up using the section template "section link within a box" and all the sections have been set up as Use Parent.

However when do offline preview I see the box, the image and it's alt text but can not see any section name or section description text.

Tried all sorts - changed themes, changed layouts and can not see any section name text.

Any ideas what might be going wrong?

Kathy - can you post the code from the section template here and someone should be able to take a peek to see what is going on. Did it work on the other site where the snapshot was created?

The site where the snapshot was created used just images as section headers - no text.

The code for the template is:

Just a hunch. Could you check in Design | Options | Sections if you have "Images Only" checked ?

Thanks - but no not got that ticked - still can't fathom it out at all.

Any other ideas?

If Jo's suggestion too did not help, could you mail me your snapshot to krcsupport[@]actinic.co.uk ? If the snapshot size is more than 10MB, please mail me so I can send you my FTP details.

It's not the images I can't see - it's the text for the section names.

Will send snapshot.

Have you checked that it is not there, in other words it could be there but CSS making it the same colour as the background? I had this happen.

Make sure you're working on the correct Template. Replace

NETQUOTEVAR:SECTIONIMAGE

with

Image NETQUOTEVAR:SECTIONIMAGE

and

NETQUOTEVAR:SECTIONTEXT

with

Text NETQUOTEVAR:SECTIONTEXT

and see if these words show up.
