changing images

is there a way of having a picture change when you hover over it? I've seen it on another site and thought it could look good. if there is can you please tell me the html?

I've done this several times for clients. See http://www.standanddeliver.com/acata...agon_AG31.html for an example.

It's not trivial getting such effects to work with Actinic, unfortunately. However I recall that the add-on mentioned above cost less than £100 to produce.
