Changing Actinic Cookie Error Text

I've looked in the Knowledge Base, but no joy.

Can anyone help me with the text displayed in response to a customer having cookies diabled? The file called is:
ca000001.pl

The resulting text isn't the most friendly and I'd like to personalise it a bit, but I don't know where it resides. The file has lots of commands like :GetPhrase(-1, 2077), so I'm assuming the text is held in a separate file. I've done a phrase search of the site files but can't match the text string.

Any ideas?

You can change it within Actinic. Go to DESIGN | TEXT then click on got and type in Phase -1 and ID 52. Click on ok and change whats in the selected field.
