    Refunds and Actinic to Sage Link

    Hi there.
    We have Sage Link and it seems to be working ok. We highlight a bunch of orders in Actinic and they squirt over to sage. Great.

    Problem is, what happens six weeks down the line when for whatever reason we have to refund the order? We cancel the order on Actinic, but what happens on the Sage side - how does that change go through?

    Do we have to highlight that order line and activate the link to squirt it over again or what ?

    Any help useful.

      Hi Jez

      You would need to process the refund in Actinic, and also do it separately in Sage. The Sage documentation will have some more information on processing refunds.

      Actually, as you are doing all your reporting/accounting in Sage you probably don't have to do anything in Actinic.

      PS The forum is designed for peer-to-peer support - Actinic only look at threads that have remained unanswered for two working days.
