    Shipping Destination problem

    My website it up and running again after Kiran Chandra at Actinic Support managed to repair my database after my ongoing data truncated error. Thanks Kiran!!!!
    It's been so long since I've been in the site I feel like I've forgotten everything I've learned!
    I have a problem within shipping. When customers check out they are met with the question "Select Shipping Destination" below this it says Country - None of the Above. Then it says (roughly) "To have your order shipped to a different address from the invoice address tick this box".
    If a customer doesn't tick the box the next page says: "Selected shipping destination - You have selected different invoice and shipping countries but have not checked the different shipping address box."
    My customers can't select a different country to ship to as Actinic offers them no choices, it merely says Country - None of the Above.
    If they tick the box customers are forced to enter their address again even when it is the same as their invoice address.
    How do I change this to enable my customers to make the choice of same or different invoice and shipping addresses and give them the ability to choose countries in the shipping destination field?
    It used to be able to do it, but now it won't so I reckon I might have changed it somewhere along the line but don't know what I did!

    Try going to 'Business Settings | Shipping and Handling' and setting the 'Calculation Basis' to 'Simple'. As you have no countries set up for your shipping calculation, it looks like you as well ust use a basic calculation basis.
