How does a customer alter their shipping zone?

I've changed couriers and the new one has different shipping zones to the old one. I've changed the zones to cater for the way they are defined by the new courier and uploaded the site. I now want to test them online, but my computer is being recognised as being in the zone from which I've previously done testing on the site, so I don't get a choice of zones.

Is there any way to get it to no longer recognize me?

What happens if a customer moves to a different zone and takes their computer with them? Will they never be able to order again?

    Thanks

Actinic only remembers who you because of the cookies it uses.

The expiry period for the cart cookie is set under 'housekeeping' (or something similar)

There's also a non-expiring 'remember me' cookie that's used if the customer has ticked the 'remember me' option at checkout.

Deleting these cookies will ensure actinic forgets all about you.

There is some code around that you can include to make it easy for customers to delete their cart cookie. I'm not sure if it works on the 'remember me' cookie.
