Autolocation of Products!

I have registered you sell our sites products on shopping.com. On putting in the product details for sale the site requires the url of each particular product. As our site www.paragon-matrix.com has long pages of some products I wanted to make sure that the url auto locates directly to the product when a potential customer clicks a link.

An example is 593-10061- Remanufactured Dell Blue Toner Cartridge and the url I have used is http://www.paragon-matrix.com/acatal...tml#a593-10061

593-10061 being the actinic reference number but it does not seem to auto locate but only puts you at the top of the page?.

Any ideas on this one

This is because you have a '-' in the product reference. This one without the '-' works ok:

An underscore works fine as in:
http://www.paragon-matrix.com/acatal...l#a593_2d10067
