Payment methods for customer accounts

Currently we only offer payment methods through secure hostings.

Is it possible to offer another method for customers who have accounts, but make this invisible to those who dont.

We are currently in the process of adding some of larger customers to the website accounts, and they would want to order the items, but not pay until the end of the month etc...

All you need to do is select the 'Limit to Defined Customers' box for a payment method. That way, the payment method will only appear for a customer who has it set as the default method of payment for their customer account.
