Make Product URL Names Stay the Same

Is it possible to make a products or sections url stay the same. For instance, If I have a section called "Widgets" when I refresh the site I end up with a page called "Online_Catalog_Widgets.html" - Now if later I decide it should be called "The Widgets" I get a web page called "Online_Catalog_The_Widgets.html". The problem is if customers have book marked the original page, now it is no longer there. Is there a way in Acatalog to set the specific url name for a section or product so that no matter what I call it the same url is used?

Actinic allows you to specify the name for a section.

Open any section and choose Advanced / Layout and put whatever file name you'd like in Page Name. This will now stay the same when you rename the page.
