orders showing in WorldPay but not in Actinic

    orders showing in WorldPay but not in Actinic

    A client who we developed an Actinic site for is getting emails from WorldPay saying that they've received payment, but the orders aren't showing in Actinic.
    This means that they are then having the embarassment of emailing every customer and having to ask them what was ordered.

    I've no idea where to start looking for this, or what could have happened.
    Could anyone offer some help?

    (it has been working previously, but their main Actinic computer had to be re-built, and there's been several problems getting Actinic to work again since)

    If everything else is working in Actinic and its just that Worldpay orders are not downloading then I would assume that Actinic does not know about the orders.

    Is Worldpay integrated correctly into Actinic? Are all the settings correct for Worldpay to be used as a payment option in Actinic?

    I think thats where you need to start looking. If the pc has been rebuilt then I'm presuming Actinic has been reinstalled and possibly some crucial settings are missing.

        I'm having a similar problem on a site I did.
        Is your site run form a different PC to that which handles the regular design and product updates?

        I only ask because I'm wandering whether my problem is due to the fact that certain products are in my Actininc and not on theires as we have not recently sent them a snapshot.

          it's possibly something along those lines - the client has one installation for stock management and another for order and payment management - so it's possible that at some stage one had a different version to the other.
