off line ordering

As I've just learnt (on starting using Actinic 5 today!) that I can't use offline ordering....to keep stock records....

Is there a way that I can put the products that I want to keep records stock records of through Actinic (but not make viewable to public) ??

i was thinking along the lines of making separate area only viewable to certain users...is this possible?

You can put the order through online or you can edit the stock levels manually in the stock monitoring dialog or in the product details dialog.

my problem is that the products are not viewable online.....I want to use the Actinic stock facility but how do i place an order for a product that isn't visible?

The only way to change stock would be do change it manually then, you will not be able to use automatic stock level tracking for products that you do not sell in your Actinic online store.
