changing VAt and shipping when changing country

hi,

is there any way to change the basket when you change the destination on the checkout pages, i.e. it defaults to VAT and standard delivery for the EU which is fine, but if you change to a non EU country is still stays the same but if you go forward and then back it is then correct... It just is a little confusing...

Hello

Since the checkout pages are not dynamic, the change in Shipping and/or Vat will not be seen immediately. Sometimes after adding to cart, the shipping class is recalled from the previous order and automatically applied till the buyer changes it.

Since the information has to be processed by the Perl scripts, the changes will be seen only after the new information is submitted, which happens when the customer clicks on Next.
