    Unable to upload to server

    I have been using V5 with no problems but i recently upgraded with V5 1.6 Patch and i receive the following message when i try and send my files
    Unable to contact the specified FTP proxy server. Check the proxy server and FTP port. Contact your system administrator or ISP for information on your proxy server.

    A connection with the server could not be established

    The only thing i have changed recently is my connection from dial up to braodband but before the upgrade i was using my new connection to upload files with no problem.

    The green arrow used for downloading my orders is faint because i need to upload.
    My proxy settings are on windows default for http & FTP and i have tried them on none.

    Any help would be very grateful.

    Hello there.

    I presume you are using a proxy?

    If so, please try this, open up Internet Explorer and go to Tools Internet Options and select LAN settings and take note of the proxy settings there.

    You could try using these settings in Actinic.

    However, did you suspend ordering before applying the patch to Actinic. The reason I ask is because different versions of Actinic are unable to read each other's orders,

    I.e. V5.14 cannot read V5.16 orders and vice versa.
