Changing the EMail templates

Hi,

I am working through the order process and have run through a test order etc. I am not keen on the standard order shipped template as below:

Dear TEST1,



The following order has been shipped to your delivery address:

__Invoice Address and Deliver To________________________________

Email Address: test@kms-retail.co.uk

__Customer/Recipient Details____________________________________

TEST1
TEST1
TEST1
TEST1
United Kingdom
Phone Number:
Fax Number:


__Order Status__________________________________________________

etc......

as I especially do not like the lines. I have gone into the templates but cannot work out how to change the format as the text is:

NETQUOTEVAR:CUSTOMER_DATA
NETQUOTEVAR:ORDER_DATA
NETQUOTEVAR:ORDER_LINES
NETQUOTEVAR:ORDER_TOTALS
NETQUOTEVAR:SSP_RATE_MESSAGE

Are the lines in the template included in the NETQUOTEVAR details and if so is it possible to change them?

Would anyone be willing to share examples of how their emails look if they have modified them?

emails are sent as text, thus there is nothing you can do re formattingthem.

all you can do is re-order or remove NQVs. or add your own hard coded text

I'd love to be able to update the emails. Given this thread is a couple of years old, is there any more info around about updating the emails? I'm using v7 but not found anything else that's useful.
