Actinic v7 linking to Sage v12

Hello,

My boss wants to upgrage to Sage Line50 v12, im a bit unsure about it linking with Actinic v7.

Should it work alright? Or do i need to get a patch? Or do i simply need to upgrade to Actinic v8 (id rather not)?
