linking to a shop on a different server

    Hi

We are setting up an online store for a customer. Here is a link to the site as it stands - http://www.aquaproducts.co.uk/index.htm

Now when i click an item on the product range menu on the left hand side (the javascript code from actinic that is automatically from actinic), it says file not found. Now when you click the link, it should jump across to the other server. When you roll over the link, the address appears correct, however when you click it, it looks like it is finding the page, then it is directed to aquaproducts.co.uk instead of aquaproductsonline.co.uk.

Is there anything i can tweek to sort this?

    Thanks

    Martin

I cannot replicate what you are saying is a problem. It all appears to be working fine for me. Perhaps try clearing your local ache.

how annoying, i cant get it to work on any of my machines.

Just tried it now at home and it is dong the same thing???

I have spoke to the customer and he says it works fine also?

I have also noticed that if i go into the basket, it doesnt display the checkout, confirm buttons etc...

Really strange. Have cleared my temp internet files, on both pc's

I tried it early this morning and it appeared to work perfectly?

        Anyone have any other suggestions?

        very confused

clear the cache on your machines normally sorts this type of problem. Thats probably why there are no other suggestions

If all the machines you have tried are connected via the same ISP perhaps they have a proxy server issue.

Otherwise if the site works fine for everyone else then it has to be something related to your machines.

Hi just thought I'd try this and it says '404 not found' when i go to any link on left hand side it also says this:

The requested URL /acatalog/Pioneer_Bivvy_Range.html was not found on this server.

Sorry I cant help with why its doing it though

I see what you are saying - but this wasn't the case earlier when I tested.

I would recommend purge and refresh.

When you say purge do you mean wipe everything off the server or do a purge session files in trouble shooting?
