Can you increase font size? Actinic V7

Is it possible to increase the font size throughout Actinic as I find it rather small. I much prefer the font size I see used in the open source ecommerce sites. If not throughout then on the home page at least.

all the font sizes are changeable in the actinic.css file - found in the root of the site folder installation
