Trade Customers Hidden Order Prices

Hi,

We're using v7 and looking to expand our ordering options.

Our 'general customers' are going well but we're getting increasing requests from trade customers to be able to order (and re-order) online as opposed to phoning or emailing.

Can we create a password or code entry area, say as a 'Trade Order' link where only customers with a pass or cookie can enter and order at discounted prices online?

You need to look at the 'Business' version, which gives you this option (limitless if you can administer it). You can have a simple visible site at one set of prices - but 'Login' and your site will change (for that logged-in viewer) to prices set (by you) to a discount off those initial prices. You can have different levels of access (e.g. 10% off customers, 20% off customers, etc.) but it all hinges from your initial set retail (maximum) price
