order will not move to completed

    order will not move to completed

    hi, running v7 business, i have one order that is stuck in pending, it has been marked as shipped, printed invoice and emailed, payment is by protx and downloaded ok i can see the payment in payment.
    All items are ticked as shipped.
    But it will not move from pending to completed.
    Invoice and packing list printed ok

    Any ideas?

    I've had this too, I think it is when you have altered ordered amounts, shipped & unshipped, or cancelled & uncancelled parts of the order. My answer has always been, provided that I am sure that every aspect of the order is correct, to open the database in Access and change the completed status field.

    I can't explain it any better here but a warning, you need to be very careful!

      This only ever happened once to me out of hundreds of orders and it happened yesterday. No idea why.

      In my case the person paid with Paypal. But they never received a confirmation email (although I did). Even though the order has been received it is sitting in Pending for no reason. Very odd.

        mine is still sat there, first instance out of three years use.
        Will have to contact support about it.

          When viewing in the orders tab, is the column headed 'payments' marked 'full payment received'?

            hi, payemnt is marked as received.
            invoice and data printed
            all marked as shiped
            no adjustments made
            just stuck
            payment by protx downloaded ok and email received.
            totals add up in payment and order so no mis match there.

              well, have spoken to actinic support which we pay for but they don't now either.
              Looks like a bug of some sort.
              IF any one knows how to sort this that would be great

                If you right-click the order and select 'export' that should move it.

                (you may need to tick a setting for this to work. I can't remember where but I'm sure I can find it if you can't get this to work).

                  hi, just managed to get in working, amended database
                  (found in the 'nTotalItemsShipped' column of the 'Order' table)

                  Then had to compact database and restart actinic, moved ok then.
                  Backed up first though!
