    Problem with viewing /acatalog files

    Hi,

I currently run a website (http://www.actioncameras.co.uk), where through my ftp package, I can see that all product html files are listed directly in the 'documents' folder, or at least so it appears. When I click on the 'acatalog' folder, it automatically just shows me what is in the 'documents' folder.

I have not set up a sister site to this with what I believe to be the same settings (http://www.tacticalcameras.co.uk). Here however, when I upload the site, the ftp structure folder is the same but when I click on 'documents' in the ftp package, it shows me the generic (index.html, etc) but not the product pages. When I then go down in the folder structure to 'acatalog', I can see the product html pages but from the index page they can not be accessed. For instance, shop.html should take me to the shop site. Do I have to reference all pages as /acatalog/shop.html, or is there some simple setting similar to what happens with my other site (http://www.actioncameras.co.uk), whereby what is posted in the 'acatalog' folder can automatically be seem in the 'documents' folder.

My settings are currently as follows:

Many thanks for any light you can shed on this.

Sounds like you are using a windows server and 'documents' is a virtual directory pointed at the acatalog folder for the first site??

Bill, Yes I believe you are right. Both websites are hosted by 4surehosting. Is it some setting they would need to change from their side? Regards Robin

Yep - 4sure know Actinic well so if you just mention to their support what you are wanting to do, I'm sure they will sort you out.
