Straight to checkout after adding to cart

I'm on trying to add the 'Staright to Checkout after Adding to Cart' which is detailed in the Advanced user guide.

Now I've followed the guide step-by-step, but the problem comes when I set the url into the value for the AutoCheckout - Actininc says it can't find the file even though it is there! This AutoCheckout page doesn't need to be Act_AutoCheckout does it?

On the advance user guide for that instructions, what did you save the filename as in point 1, where it says

1. Create a file called, for example, AutoCheckout.html in the site folder using a text editor such as Notepad.

This is what the URL should point to in point 6.
